Westside Uni LTD processes account identifiers, Stripe subscription identifiers, fleet/register data, inspection dates, generated results, and security logs to operate FleetReady. Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide application processing and storage; Stripe processes payments.
Operational data is retained only as needed to provide the service. Billing, fraud, security, accounting, and legal records may be retained where required. Authenticated customers may request deletion of operational data through the application or the deletion request channel.
